U.S. Chamber of Commerce – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business organization representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions. Our members range from mom-and-pop shops and local chambers to leading industry associations and large corporations. They all share one thing—they count on the Chamber to be their voice in Washington, D.C.

California Chamber of Commerce – ​​California Chamber of Commerce (CalChamber) is a not-for-profit organization committed to helping California businesses survive and thrive while complying with complex laws and regulations. Our more than 14,000 members are a diverse group, ranging from companies such as Microsoft and the Walt Disney Corporation to local companies with a handful of employees.

California Manufacturers and Technology Association– The California Manufacturers & Technology Association (formerly the California Manufacturers Association) works to improve and enhance a strong business climate for California’s 30,000 manufacturing, processing and technology based companies. Since 1918, CMTA has worked with state government to develop balanced laws, effective regulations and sound public policies to stimulate economic growth and create new jobs while safeguarding the state’s environmental resources. CMTA represents 400 businesses from the entire manufacturing community — an economic sector that generates more than $230 billion every year and employs more than 1.2 million Californians.

Economic Development Collaborative – VC – EDC-VC and its Small Business Development Center offer business assistance programs to help businesses grow and expand with free workshops and advising on a wide range of topics. EDC-VC also offers loan programs.

Small Business Administration – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.

Ventura County SCORE – The Ventura County Chapter of SCORE, a non-profit (501C) organization was founded in 1971 as Chapter 255. We have been an active chapter since that time and currently have more than 40 volunteers. The counselors of SCORE Ventura County are active and retired successful business owners and managers. Our counselors volunteer their experience and knowledge to help established business owners and potential business owners achieve success.

City of Oxnard – Created to inform and assist business owners of applicable city, county, state and federal regulations and required city licenses and permits.
