    California as a sovereign state is treading on some pretty thin ice when they try to manhandle the Federal EPA and ponder the idea of becoming a separate nation. Talk about violating federal ethics laws!
    The CA EPA derives its power from the federal government. If they don’t act responsibly, the federal government could shut off California’s sovereignty over any EPA activities.
    One other setback for the Golden State could be that Trump could revoke the waiver that permits California the right to have higher pollution standards than the rest of the USA.

      It all comes down to the democrat loss at the last presidential election. Since then there has been a lot of huffing and puffing over who won.
