On August 9th 2018, detectives with the Camarillo Police Special Enforcement Detail (SED) were driving in the 700 block of Biscayne Avenue when they observed a male subject they recognized as 31 year old Camarillo resident, Michael Patterson standing in front of his residence. SED investigators were aware Patterson had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest and subsequently arrested him for the warrant and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
