Ventura firefighter sustained minor burns in structure fire

Fire crews initiated an aggressive attack and were successful in minimizing the fire spreading to the attached residential occupancy.  Even so the garage was damaged to such an extent the attached residence was determined to be uninhabitable. The displaced resident was assisted by the Red Cross.
