The holidays are officially upon us and the Center4SpecialNeeds is excited to bring you a variety of festive events for individuals of all ages.


Tuesday, December 5

Moms’ Coffee Holiday Celebration

9:00am – 10:30am 
We are hosting this month’s Moms’ Coffee Break, facilitated by Erin Bell at our Thousand Oaks office. This is for ALL mothers, grandmothers or guardians who have children with special needs.

Introduction to Essential Oils 101

10:00am – 11:30am 
With the busy holiday season upon us, now is the perfect time to take advantage of this class! Please join our free classes to learn what, how, and why essential oils can benefit your entire family. For a nominal fee of $10, you can use our supplies to make up to 3 ready-to-apply oil blends. All proceeds benefit the Center4SpecialNeeds. We will feature making Immune System Boost Blend, Relaxation Blend, and Focus Alert Blend.

Our Annual Santa Cares Event is expanding this year to serve more families, so we are offering two dates and locations this year!

Sunday, December 3 at the Oaks Mall (SOLD OUT!)
Sunday, December 10 at the Pacific View Mall (Spaces still available!)

Young Adult Holiday Party

6:00pm – 9:00pm 
We are kicking off our Young Adult Social Club with a fun Holiday Party!

Enjoy Pizza and Refreshments provided by Center4SpecialNeeds
Bring your favorite holiday cookie or treat to share for a Cookie/Dessert Exchange
Enjoy Holiday music in the background while you meet new peers!

The Social Club is facilitated by Paige Binsley, a young adult on the Spectrum. Paige has participated in our Work It Out Program and has been volunteering for Center4SpecialNeeds since June 2017. This group is geared towards young adults between the ages of 18-30 years old with high-functioning autism and /or other developmental disabilities as well as individuals who do not require one-on-one support. The Social Club will be meeting once a month in 2018 and we will be forming additional programs and outings based on interest.

This is a wonderful opportunity for young adults to connect!

The party will be held at our Thousand Oaks office at 1337 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., #202, T.O.
