Editor’s note: Mr. Gabrielson summarizes constitutional and faith-based criteria for this. He also believes that the so-called “1963 Communist Takeover Goals in America” seem to call for some of what the district has been doing and decay of the public school system in general. Whether you agree or disagree, you might want to have a look at the author’s views, since they delve into the underlying positions for demands for school core literature list restrictions/conditions.

America was created on the principles and values for religious liberty, freedom, equality and equal justice under the law (NOT social justice).  “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”.  Our Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and common law were written based on religious ideology toward fundamental truth to include: morals, values, ethical standards, acceptable behavior, accountability and consequences for said behaviors and/or actions. Our Founders were religious men, who believed in faith, fashioned their life around morality, truth, ethics and integrity, that were/are taught in the Word of God.  “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” John Adams

Public Schools: “[F]or avoiding the extremes of despotism or anarchy . . . the only ground of hope must be on the morals of the people. I believe that religion is the only solid base of morals and that morals are the only possible support of free governments. [T]herefore education should teach the precepts of religion and the duties of man towards God.” Gouverneur MorrisPenman and Signer of the Constitution

This is the exact opposite of the school curriculum today. The courts in this country have revised the First Amendment, thus erecting a wall of atheism around every public school in America, where in God, or any absolute truth for that matter (e.g.: only two biological sexes, etc.), is not allowed to be mentioned except in mockery or attack.   This is not the same wall that Thomas Jefferson envisioned.

Founders’ intent; their purpose for the First Amendment was to “strike at the official establishment of a single sect” and definitely was not to completely and permanently separate the religious and civil spheres. Such a separation would mean that our nation was not a nation “under God.” The purpose of the First Amendment was to separate the ecclesiastical and civil spheres, not the religious and civil spheres. Most Americans have not given due consideration to this distinction. The Supreme Court is either just as ignorant as these Americans, or else the Court self-consciously opposes the true intentions of the Founding Fathers. In either case, the Justices have not kept their oath of office. America’s Founding Fathers lived in a religious nation, and their Constitution did not change this. The United States is a  Judeo-Christian nation, not a secular (atheistic) religion, because it is a nation “under God,” it acknowledges its duty to God as a nation, and it endorses and promotes the true religion.  Separation of Church and State is nowhere in the Constitution of the US but a misinterpretation of the 1802 letter by Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist Church.

  1. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”  (Looks at the new art works, Nihilism rules).

(Gay Marriage and behavior is “normal, natural and healthy”.  Promotion of pan sexuality, all forms of sexuality, sexual expression or activity, or omnisexuality, which means having a diverse sexual propensity, may be understood as the view that all forms of sexual expression (homosexuality, heterosexuality, pornography, bisexuality, pederasty, pedophilia, bestiality, etc. are morally equal.  This type of philosophy advocates that one should not be inhibited in making sexual choices with regard to gender or activity, and may further demand that they state not place any restraints on such activities. Secular Morality is Blasphemy!
  1. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch. (Social Justice > Equal Justice.  Socialism/Communism>Capitalism. Remove religion in public schools, government, culture and society, too judgmental, hurts feelings and not progressive.
  1. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.” (Not allowed in public secular schools, no praying allowed on football fields or anywhere else.  Tim Tebow, Football Coach fired for prayers on Football field.)
  1. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it in adequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis. (Taught in       Public Secular Nihilist Schools, Colleges and all far Left organizations). 
  1. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.” (Taught in Secular Cultural Marxist Public K-12 schools and Colleges today.)
  1. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” (Taught in Secular Cultural Marxist Public K-12 schools and Colleges today.)
  1. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc. (Public K-12, Colleges, US and       State government today).
  1. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions. (Public teachers unions, police unions, labor unions, etc).
  1. Infiltrate and gain control of big business. (Google, Sports, Yahoo, Facebook, Hollywood, Green Jobs, Silicon Valley, numerous).
  1. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. (Attack on Policemen as       all evil and racist, last 8 years and continues today. Remove their power, progressive government  should be in charge, example the last 8 years administration).
  1. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce. (Gone on for 30    years to change American Culture, promoted by far left Hollywood and the liberal press, that controls all information to their readers. Divorce courts to promote the destruction of the family unit, take all power away from men, degrade and dismiss the role of the man in the family).
  1. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents. (Promoted in Public Cultural Secular Schools and Colleges, they are in charge of  molding and shaping children today, not parents, far left government knows best, “Diary of a Part     Time Indian”, “Glass Castle” and others, parents are alcoholics, bad role models, etc).
  1. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems. (Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Occupy Wall Street, all far left organizations funded by Soros, Clinton and BO.)

 

Book selection

A 4-1 vote from CVUSD Board to allow “Diary of a Part Time Indian”,  scored as a 3rd grade reading level book, taught in a 9th grade class to dumb down students and to promote a negative false narrative on society, promotes Communist (Progressive) Goals as stated above. The subject matter is for a 9th grader, but the words and sentence structure are written for a 3rd grader, so this does not leave any child behind.  It’s apparent that our children in 9th grade are reading at a 3rd grade level. A 9th grade reading material curriculum should have 9th grade vocabulary and sentence structure, where children need to look up words they don’t know, and really think what the reader is trying to convey in each sentence.  There are no new words and no difficult sentence structure written in this book, an easy read for a child with a 3rd grade education.  Children need to be challenged in books for their education, to promote learning, deductive logic, rational thought and wisdom.

The content and intent of this book is to highlight society’s false narratives like: a.) White Privilege b.) White racism, c) White superiority, d.) negativity, e.) hate, e.) death on the reservation, f.) alcoholism,  g.) minority are all victims, h) no opportunities, i.) no hope, j.) bad white parents, to busy for their children, k.) poor people can’t make it here, l.) inequality, etc. Promoting political nihilism advocates the prior destruction of all existing political, social, and religious orders as a prerequisite for any future improvement and ethical nihilism (moral nihilism) rejecting the possibility of absolute moral or ethical values is destructive to a child’s emotional and spiritual development.  An impressionable young child must choose to “feel” rather than think, exert their “will to power” than pray, give thanks, or obey God. Teaching our young children 3rd grade reading level books in 9th grade, to dumb down the educational development in the classroom is irresponsible and destructive, consistent with the California’s current low test scores.  Teaching false negative stereotypes and false narratives to impressionable children, to promote anger, hate, animosity, resentment towards others, to shape their minds to mistrust and resent others is destructive to the future of our youth and or nation, this greatest nations on earth.

I am outraged, furious and disgusted at this majority on the CVUSD School Board (4-1 vote) and Secular Moralist nihilist school teachers that promote Communist goals, emphasis on #17, #24, 25, 26, 28, 31, 32, 36, 40, and 41 taught to our impressionable youth in our public secular nihilist taxpayers paid public schools.  They work for us; we pay their salaries, not the other way around. We parents decide what is best for your children to learn and read, based on our faith, values, morals and ethics, not public secular moralist humanist teachers that dominate our school district. I know what is best for my child. That is my child; I’m in charge of their education, what they learn.   Here in my Country, we support the Constitution, the rule of law and faith, not Secular Cultural Nihilist Marxist/Communism propaganda, Atheism, mind control and indoctrination to promote their own political and social ideology and agenda.

Promote the positives and goodness in people, things that bring us together as a nation, not intentionally break, tear apart and divide us based on hate, promoting false victims (all minorities) against the villains (majority), owed in reparations and entitlements, under the words “Social Justice” not equal justice and “redistribution of the made up Villain’s wealth and power”, accomplished through progressive Marxist/Socialism/Communism indoctrination California Public Secular Nihilist controlled government.

Mr. Gabrielson is a retired 30 plus year Senior Financial Analyst, Auditor, Behaviorist, working as a community advocate in Newbury Park regarding children, parents and elderly legal, social, political and educational issues. 

He sued the school district on a civil rights matter involving a mentally challenged child in 1994 and says that he managed to get them to agree to his conditions prior to going to trial.

    It is so refreshing to see someone else bring to the front the communist goals. They are embedded in the fabric of the United States, especially all levels of education.
