Criminal Complaint Filed Against Heather Deen Locklear

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Heather Deen Locklear (DOB 9/25/61), of Westlake, has been charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery on a peace officer and one misdemeanor count of resisting, obstructing, and delaying a peace officer. 

Locklear’s attorney appeared today on her behalf in the Ventura Superior Court for arraignment on the charges.  Arraignment was continued to April 13, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. in courtroom 11.  Locklear did not personally appear in court. 

Locklear remains out of custody on bail posted in the amount of $20,000.
