Democrat Governor Candidate John Chiang Tries to Hide His Socialist Values

Democrat State Treasurer John Chiang loves to talk with Republicans, meet with them, agree with them and smile at them.  Then, he returns to being a Socialist Democrat—like his idea for the State to create a bank to compete with private banks for loans and customers.  Now he refuses to give a definitive answer about “single payer health care” (government controlled health care).  He is a Socialist, with a smile and strong handshake.

““I support universal care – I believe all Californians should be covered,” Chiang told Capital Public Radio in an interview this week. “And I support the approach of single-payer, if they want to eliminate the inefficiencies that exist in the system.”

But, he was quick to add: “If we’re gonna bring in a new health care system, then we ought to tell people how much it’s gonna cost and how we’re gonna pay for it.”

Yet when asked how much it would cost and how he’d pay for it, Chiang didn’t say. Instead, he raised his own questions about what a single-payer system might look like in California.”

Do not be fooled by Chiang—he does not support the free market, quality education, public safety—have you heard him call for the immediate deportation of all criminal illegal aliens or a true vetting of people coming into this State from terrorist nations?
