    Cutting spending is necessary to be done before cutting taxes. IF the government cuts taxes but either keeps spending at the same level or even higher, it means that we are further into deficit spending. It’s lik saying I’m going to cut my personal income, keep my spending the same and just put the rest that can’t be covered by my income on a credit card with intrust on it. How long do you think it would take before I was bankrupt?
