    Richard A.Nixon, Esq.
    and

    Joe Panzarello

    Supreme.court.1

Featured Speaker – Richard A.Nixon, Esq.
Mr. Nixon is that author of “America-An Illusion Of Freedom.” This Work, written for the layperson, distinguishes itself from all other books written on the Constitution. Commencing with the truism that all federal government power has as its exclusive source the U.S.Constitution, this Work elevates intellectual honesty above politics, and proves conclusively that the inference is inescapable that the Supreme Court ignores the text and history of the Constitution and instead rewrites it, thereby amassing power to itself and Congress to the detriment of the People.

Mr. Nixon will explain how how the improper imposition of the Court’s will upon the people began in 1803, in Marbury v. Madison, when the ink was barely dry on the Constitution. In this landmark case, the Supreme Court announced that the judicial branch had the power of judicial review, or the power to declare acts or statutes enacted by Congress to be in violation of the Constitution and therefore void. The Court had proclaimed itself superior, not equal, to Congress. Congress has yet to declare and enforce its equality.

    Featured Speaker – Joe Panzarello
At this meeting, Mr. Panzarello will be giving us a presentation about the dangers of Obama’s free trade agenda and what it will mean for the future of this nation.  You will learn more about the dangers of the  Trans Pacific Partnership (and how it may be more dangerous to America that NAFTA). He will also discuss certain aspects about the North American Union and our immigration problem.  “Free Trade Agreements” are sold to the American people as job creators, but in reality they end up being job destroyers!

Mr. Joe Panzarello is the Field Coordinator for the John Birch Society for Southern California.  He has been a member of the JBS for about 7 years. Joe is a graduate of Woodbury University in Burbank and holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He is also happily married to a wonderful woman who is equally dedicated to restoring our Constitutional Republic.
