    Comedy under the stars at Hillcrest Center for the Arts

    THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Returning again for the third time, HashtagComedy brings some of Hollywood’s funniest headlining comics to Thousand Oaks for an evening of entertainment under the stars.  The laughs take place in the beautiful outside courtyard at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Dr. on Saturday, July 19th at 8:00 pm.  The evening features seven comedians in an hour and a half show offered in an intimate cabaret setting.  The evening is for eighteen years and up only, and drinks may be purchased with valid ID.  Doors open at 7:30.

                Jodi Miller is a sought after comedian, television and film writer, and leading lady with credits that include The Sopranos, Law & Order, The Tonight Show and Chelsea Lately.  ​Most recently Jodi received a standing ovation from all four judges on America’s Got Talent!  Jay Davis is an American actor, stand-up comedian and comedy promoter/producer who garnered nationwide attention after appearing in Dane Cook‘s Tourgasm, a 30-day cross-country-tour-turned-reality-show with an 8-episode run on HBO. Erik Myers is a high-energy comic with a machine gun delivery who has been entertaining and engaging audiences for 13 years, in 35 states.  Mark Serritella is a comedian, actor and writer whose credits include Adam Devine’s House Party on Comedy Central, AXS Gotham Comedy Live, Joe Rogan’s Podcast, Byron Allen’s Entertainers, Who Wants to Date a Comedian?, Comedy Central’s Open Mic Fight, and The ‘About Last Night Podcast’ with Sean Astin.  

                Julia Jasiunas is the producer of HashtagComedyLA and a native to the Conejo Valley. She is also a comedienne, actor, singer/ songwriter, dancer and all around performer who has performed at many Hollywood hot spots such as The Comedy Store, Westside Comedy Theatre, Flappers Comedy Club, and The Lyric Theatre.  Bill Dixon is a comedian and comedy writer, featured by Huffington Post, Time Magazine, CNN, and the Today Show. You can see him this fall in the new TV series How To Be A Grown Up.    The host of the evening, Sean Leary, is a Los Angeles based comedian from Brookings, South Dakota and winner of the 2013 Ice House Comedy Club Talent Showcase.
