    Thousand Oaks, CA – To help ‘tide shoppers over through the holidays’, the Ventura County Certified Farmers’ Market Association (VCCFMA) is partnering with the Oaks Shopping Center to offer a four week long special event, “Holiday Boutique Mini Farmers’ Market”.  The market will take place on November 30, December 7, December 14 and December 21 from 12 noon to 5 pm inside the Outdoor Village courtyard area of the mall located on the bottom level between Muvico and the main inside door entrance.

    Approximately 15 vendors will participate in the Holiday Boutique including Novy Ranch who will offer their 100% grass-fed beef great for entertaining, gifting and quick meals.  Others include Apricot Lane Farm offering a variety of mixed vegetables and Shepard Farms, known for their fresh farm eggs.  Other favorites include You Bite German Sausages and Pudwill Berry Farms.   Shoppers will also find fresh strawberries, delicious hummus, sweet honey and more.  In addition, vendors will provide shoppers with ideas for gift baskets and stocking stuffers.

    The Ventura County Certified Farmers’ Market Association

    The Ventura County Certified Farmers’ Market Association serves the community of Ventura with two Markets — Wednesdays at the Pacific View Mall, front west parking lot on Main Street from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on Saturdays in Downtown Ventura on the corners of East Santa Clara and Palm Streets from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.  The Thousand Oaks Farmers’ Market is held Thursdays at The Oaks Shopping Center at the east end parking lot, Wilbur Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard from 1:30 to 6:00 p.m.  Santa Clarita Farmers’ Market is held on Sundays at the College of the Canyons, parking lot 8 on Valencia Boulevard from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
