This incredible event will feature Major (ret.) Josh Mantz and Crossfit’s “Original Firebreather” Greg Amundson who will enlighten us about the truth behind trauma and dive deep into the subjects of emotional and physical resiliency. This course has been tailored to First Responders and Trauma Therapists and is highly recommended for Peer Support Teams, Trauma Support Teams, Behavioral Health Clinicians, CISM Teams, Veterans, and Athletes.

Leadership and Resiliency is March 23, 2018 from 0830-1700 at the Levity Live Auditorium in The Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard, Ca. Doors will open at 0800 for check-in and the event will begin at 0830 hours. We have partnered with Crossfit Oxnard who will be hosting a workout led by Josh and Greg the night before on March 22. After the workout Josh and Greg will be doing a meet and greet book signing.
