It’s a new year once again and time for our Annual Officer Elections Meeting. For those members who have participated in various events and activities throughout the year, we hope you will return to help set goals and make plans for the new year. For other members who may not have joined us before, we invite you to come see what the Libertarian Party has been doing in Ventura County and ways you may want to help. Non-members and Friends are also welcome to attend.

Current Chair Chuck Hamm and other outgoing officers will make a short presentation on our county’s progress and growth over the last year. Then, candidates for the new 2018 Executive Committee will introduce themselves and a vote will be taken. All members are invited to run for office as either Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer or a number of other Committee Chairs. See below for the open position titles and their prospective duties.

Please plan on attending this first meeting of the new year. As you know, our holiday party had to be canceled due to the fires, so the offer of a free slice of pie to all members who attend still stands. We will also have the new logo pins available for a donation of $5.00.

You are encouraged to RSVP via meetup.com/libertarian-422. Questions? Call Susan at 805-509-7825 or send a note to our new email[email protected].
