    Murder mystery strikes Wood Ranch, a “Who Done It?” benefiting the Samaritan Center for the homeless.

    “There is a Murder amongst us” to be held on September  16, 2017 at the Wood Ranch Golf Club 301 Wood Ranch Parkway Simi Valley, CA 93065.  Registration starts at 5:30pm, followed by a “Murder”, Hors D Oeuvres, Tuscan Dinner & no host bar.  The goal of a murder mystery dinner is for participants to gather clues provided throughout the plot and use them to figure out the motive and identity of the “murderer.”

    According to the event producer, Barbra Williamson “The crime will take place during the evening events.  Everyone will be interrogated by the detective, as to where there were, who they were with and what suspicious things they saw, to find clues and investigate, before they strike again. An arrest will be made, and the murder solved. The criminal(s) and victim(s) are well known in the community. There will be lots of fun and laughs throughout”

    A raffle will take place where tickets can be purchased and placed in the bucket for the gift items wished for. 

    Restaurants throughout Simi Valley will offering a “Who Done It?” specialty drink, and the one who sells the most, will be featured with their special recipe at the event.  Be sure to ask at your favorite eatery if they are selling the “Who Done It?” drink specialty.  Each drink sold at these restaurants, benefits the Samaritan Center.

    Tickets are $90 per person or a table of 8 for $630.  One hundred percent (100%) of the proceeds will benefit the Samaritan Center.   Seating is limited.  For Tickets and updates as they come, go to murdermysterysv.org.

    The Samaritan Center is a daytime drop-in shelter that has been providing on-site services since 1994. It is currently serving approximately 130 clients per month, five days a week. The Center is the only facility of this kind in Simi Valley, providing a variety of needs such as food, housing, clothing, supplies, showers, laundry and counseling.  Their goal is to assist individuals in becoming self-supporting, independent and self-sufficient. The Center helps clients move forward through the accountability of individual case management by setting realistic, progressive goals that our clients are responsible to meet.  All donations are tax-deductible.
