NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Moorpark, California, on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at the Moorpark City Council Chambers located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider establishing Construction and Demolition Material Management Plan Diversion Deposit (C&D Deposit) rates.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the proposed C&D Deposit rates are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), in that the action of the City Council does not involve the consideration of the approval of a project as defined by CEQA.

Proposal: The City Council will consider a Resolution adopting C&D Deposit rates pursuant to Section 8.36.655 of the Moorpark Municipal Code relating to construction and demolition security deposits.

The City Council in their deliberation could approve the proposal, deny the proposal, or approve the proposal in an alternative form. If you challenge the proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
