“The Pancake ROUND-UP was created to be a fun and unique way to promote our spring event, “ROUND-UP – A Rockin’ Country Music Extravaganza”, said event chair Dena Kauffman. “We had over 500 people at the breakfast last year in the pouring rain and are expecting to serve at least 800-900 this year.”
