Larry is a Fellow of the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship & Political Philosophy. 
His writings have appeared at American Thinker, American Greatness, PJ Media, The Flash Report, and The Jewish Journal.
Larry hails from the San Fernando Valley and attended Birmingham Senior High School.   He earned his BA in political science at UC Berkeley, graduating in 3 years a Class Speaker.   He then picked up his law degree at The Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC, where he wrote the arrest warrant for PLO chief Yasir Arafat, which helped to deter his appearance before the United Nations.
Larry enlisted and served in the Armed Forces of the United States in Naval Intelligence Reserves, and has traveled to some 85 countries, including inside 8 war-zones.   Larry was publisher of the Journal of International Security Affairs.
Long active in the GOP, Larry served as Founding Executive Director of The Reagan Legacy Foundation and as Executive Director of the Republican Jewish Coalition.   He has advised elected officials on US Foreign Policy and is known for successful debates against liberals throughout Southern California.
