                     MAGIC EIGHT BALL: MY LIFE WITH ASPERGER’S

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Crystal Penny Productions and the Hillcrest Center for the Arts present MAGIC EIGHT BALL:  My Life with Asperger’s, an award-winning play written and performed by George Steeves.  The play is produced and directed by Crystal and Penni Wilson and was developed by George Steeves and Marianne Davis Rago.  Performances are Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 7:00 pm and Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, located at 403 W. Hillcrest Dr. in Thousand Oaks.  Absolutely no one will be admitted to the theatre once the show begins.

 Told with a Magic 8 Ball, this award-winning one-man show by George Steeves tells the story of his trials and tribulations living on the autism spectrum. From childhood to adulthood, audiences experience his challenges in school, with dating and trying hard to fit in, and with hopes that stardom would one day finally grant him acceptance.

This production recently performed in North Hollywood, and Steeves plans to take this production to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this coming summer.  The play is the winner of three Hollywood Fringe 2017 Awards including Soaring Solo Artist, Larry Cornwall Award for Musical Excellence and the Encore Award.  It is also the winner of the NOHO Fringe Festival’s Best Comedy Solo Show, 2017.
