capsule arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;”>The Meadowlark Service League is proud to announce the 29th Annual “A Taste of Camarillo” (ATOC). The event will take place during the last weekend of July and will include a Wine Auction Gala and the popular Wine, Brew & Food Festival. Guests will enjoy a fun-filled weekend while getting into the spirit of the event’s country western theme. Proceeds from the event will be donated to over 30 local charities and fund college scholarships.

A Taste of Camarillo Wine, Brew & Food Festival, the longest running wine and food festival in Ventura County, will offer an entertaining afternoon to sample fine wines, craft beers, and gourmet food. Held on the grounds of the historic Adolfo Camarillo Ranch, guests are highly encouraged to put on their cowboy boots and hats as the Camarillo Ranch is transformed overnight into the “Meadowlark Ranch” during the time of the Old West. Guests will enjoy live performances by the popular band, Caught Red Handed, while boot scoot’n to everyone’s favorite country western songs on the dance floor. KHAY Morning DJ Rick Marino will be this year’s emcee. The special “VIP Lark Saloon” will be open for VIP guests to experience exclusive wines, brew and food. The “Wet Your Whistle Watering Hole” will serve craft beers to all guests. A silent auction and boutique shopping will enhance the afternoon while guests visit with winemakers, brew masters and local chefs.

The Wine, Brew & Food Festival is on Sunday, July 31st, from 1 to 4 pm. Early admission for VIP guests will start at noon. Festival sponsorships are available.

The Wine Auction Gala Saturday evening will kick off the weekend’s festivities with an Old West Hoedown in the Red Barn at the Adolfo Camarillo Ranch. It will begin with a variety of delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts served from stations while guests enjoy wine from Opolo Vineyards, this year’s Official “A Taste of Camarillo” Winery, champagne, and select craft beers.  While guests are dining on fine cuisine with a Western flair, a silent auction will be open with fine wines and gift items to bid on. The after-dinner live auction with guest auctioneer Rick Marino will feature unique wines, wine and gourmet dining experiences, travel packages, and more. Live country music performed by band Alive & Pickin’ will get boots tapping, but the real fun will start when everyone hits the dance floor. Guests are encouraged to show their country pride and come in their favorite pair of cowboy boots, hat and jeans.

The Wine Auction Gala will be held on Saturday, July 30th, from 5-10 pm. Gala sponsorships and reserved tables are available.
