Wonderful story of Richard looking out for young kids.
We were surprised at how expensive the school sponsored graduation photo packages were in our area. Definitely not enough competition. We heard the contract provided the school a portion of the money (I won’t mention how much) so it raises money for the school giving a disincentive for the school to lower costs. Multiple schools use the same contract so that further inhibits competition. There should be a basic package with the full range of photo print sizes that is affordable.

Affordable graduation photo packages may be something for local school boards to address and monitor.
