Recipe of the Week – Classic Macaroni Salad


1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

8 ounce elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped red onion



Combine first 6 ingredients and mixing well.

Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cover and chill.

Makes 3 cups

    I’m sure there’s a gluten free macaroni available for this recipe as well.
