Recipe of the Week: Easy Broccoli Salad

It’s easy!




2 heads of broccoli, cut into flowerettes

1 red onion, cut small

Enough mayonnaise to taste and coat the vegetables

1 can black olives cut in half


Mix together and let the salad set for a few hours to blend flavors

*You can add tomatoes or lettuce
