Recipe of the Week: Pumpkin Bread

Just in case you didn’t get enough…one more pumpkin recipe for the season

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar

1 cup oil

4 eggs

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups fresh pumpkin or 1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)

2/3 cups water

3-1/2 cups flour

 

Directions:

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
