Recipe of the Week: Tuna Mac & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup elbow macaroni

1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded american cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp dried dill weed or dried Basil crushed

1 can (14.5 oz) peas and carrots, drained

1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained and broken into chunks

 

Directions:

1 Cook macaroni according to package directions in large sauce pan; drain.

2 Stir in cheese, milk and herb; heat and stir until cheese is melted.

3 Add peas and carrots and tuna; heat through.

Prep time 10 minutes.

Cook time 13 minutes.

4 Servings.
