On Friday, May 11, Reel Guppies had their annual fundraiser at the Eagles and raised over $2500! Kevin Brannon CEO of the non profit is celebrating over 1000 kids having participated in Reel Guppies outdoor activities. Raffling items was focused on fishing related items and the kids won big time; however, Marshall Neal was the big winner on the adult side. Fishing poles, fishing trips and related gear was auctioned and giving away by raffle.

Special thanks to Port Hueneme’s Chief of Police Andrew Salinas for supporting this youth effort. We in the community are fortunate to have Kevin Brannon supporting our youth. By doing so, he is making a difference in our community and improving kids life’s. Life is difficult even in the best of circumstances, so it is all of our responsibility to positively impact youth!
