Susan Mulligan, General Manager of Calleguas Municipal Water District; Mauricio Guardado, General Manager of United Water Conservation District; and Shana Epstein, General Manager of Ventura Water, will present an overview of their innovative water supply plans addressing ways to resolve the long-term water needs of the region. The trio will also unveil its collaborative State Water project, which will result in greater water reliability for the Santa Clara River Watershed as well as the entire Ventura County region.
