Simi Valley Business Watch Program-Got Business? Learn How to Deter Burglars at upcoming Workshops!

The Simi Valley Police Department is hosting a citywide Business Watch meeting. Our city has experienced a series of several cash register “window smash” business burglaries. Burglary crews are breaking the front door and side windows of closed businesses during early morning hours to make entry specifically targeting cash registers and electronics. Many other cities in Southern California are experiencing these types of burglaries as well.

For your convenience, you have a choice to attend either a morning or an evening session. This informative meeting will be held at:
Simi Valley Police Department, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) 3901 Alamo Street, Simi Valley, CA.
Thursday, June 29, 2017
Morning: 7:00 a.m.
Evening: 7:00 p.m.

Featured guest speakers will be members of the Simi Valley Police Department Detective Unit and Patrol Unit. The Crime Analysis and Crime Prevention Unit will provide current crime statistics and trends. You will learn more about Business Watch and other helpful crime prevention strategies at this meeting.

Business Watch Programs are proven successes at reducing crime. Learn how to be the eyes and ears of your business neighborhood.
