Simi Valley | Help Us Identify This Fraud Suspect

Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release

On August 16, 2018, a Simi Valley Police Officer responded to a report of a Vehicle Burglary at the Wood Ranch Golf Course located at 301 N. Wood Ranch Parkway. The officer’s investigation revealed that between 12:47 p.m. and 12:58 p.m., a suspect utilized an unknown type tool to defeat a door lock on a vehicle parked in the parking lot. The suspect entered the vehicle and removed some credit cards from victim’s purse. One of the victim’s credit cards was later used to purchase merchandise at the Target store located at 51 Tierra Rejada Road. 

The description of the suspect captured on video using the stolen credit card is: 

Gender: Male 

Race: Possibly Caucasian or Asian 

Build: Slender 

Clothing: Wearing a blue/white baseball cap, red/white/blue polo shirt, blue shorts, white tennis shoes with dark laces, and sunglasses.

The Simi Valley Police Department Detective Unit is attempting to identify this suspect and question him regarding the vehicle burglary and use of the stolen credit card.
