Supreme Court finds for Christian baker in same-sex wedding cake case

In a 7 to 2 ruling the Supreme Court found that Christian baker, Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cake in Denver.  The Colorado Civil Rights Commission, and later the state courts,  ruled in 2012 incident, that Mr. Phillips had discriminated against David Mullins and Charlie Craig for refusing to bake them a cake for their same sex wedding.

The ruling with Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote the opinion in the narrow ruling which will protect some business owners from being sued for refusing services to same sex couples on religious reasons.

Amanda, I assumed the word “that” in the first sentence is the error, and that it’s supposed to be “for.” It’s the same phrase from the title of the post: “the Supreme Court found for Christian baker”.

Another ray of light heralding in the dawn of the spiritual – not religious! – and Constitutional revival that is inexorably building towards critical mass!

The fist line is not a finished sentence ”found that…” what? Found guilty? Found innocent? Please finish the sentence.
