The Governor of California’s Only Tweet on the Anniversary of 9/11 … HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11

Scott Morefield | Reporter

California Governor Jerry Brown’s name has been bandied about of late as a potential Democratic 2020 presidential contender, and he has so far not refuted any of the rumors. But while most presidential prospects of either party were using their social media accounts on Tuesday to memorialize the victims of the terror attacks that took place 17 years ago, Brown was using his to … take a shot at President Trump.

Brown’s single tweet on 9/11/18:

“This is insane – it borders on criminality,” Brown tweeted. “It perhaps is the most obvious and dangerous and irresponsible action by Mr. Trump. And that’s saying quite a lot, because he has a whole list of them.”

The governor of California and a potential presidential contender used his only tweet of the day to criticize President Trump for an EPA decision to roll back methane rules.

Meanwhile, other Democratic presidential hopefuls were using their Twitter accounts to recognize the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks.

There is a good reason why he was nicknamed Moonbeam McBrown in his first term as gubanor of the state of hysteria. He seems to live in a never-never land of his own ideation.
