Ventura | Vagrant arrested – Suspected of Indecent Exposure

On June  11th at 7:02 AM, the Ventura Police Command Center received a call of a subject engaging in lewd acts in area of the boat docks at 1198 Navigator Dr. It was reported that the suspect, later identified as 26 year old vagrant, Blake Gallagher, had exposed himself in front of the adult female victim.

When officers arrived on scene, they saw Gallagher walking in the area of the marina mobile home park and attempted to stop him, but he fled on foot. Gallagher ran into the mobile home park. Officers set up a perimeter and after an approximately 30 minute search of the area, Gallagher was located and taken into custody without incident.

Gallagher was positively identified by the victim. He was arrested and booked into the Ventura County Jail for felony indecent exposure, a felony and misdemeanor warrant and a parole violation. Gallagher was arrested by the Ventura Police Department on June 6th, 2018, for the same violation of indecent exposure and a parole violation.
