The theme for this year’s event is “Women in Aviation.”
This year’s airshow will honor the historic achievements of women in aviation. The event is multidimensional featuring thrilling aerial performances, classic cars, food trucks, craft beer, a STEM pavilion, and a Veterans Hangar and more. This 41st anniversary event will feature a unique World War II tribute that includes a recreation of wartime air combat with stunning pyrotechnics of fire and controlled explosions. Military aircraft, past and present, will be on display for an up-close and personal one-of-a-kind experience. Wings Over Camarillo is an event for the whole family!
John Lowe, President of Camarillo Wings Association, stated, “We are very excited once again to have our local air show. Last year we were able to produce the air show after a yearlong hiatus, even though we were still contending with the COVID restrictions – and it was a huge success! Our attendance was higher than it had ever been in previous years. This year’s show promises to be even more popular with aviation enthusiasts of all ages. We still need something to distract us from recent events, and Wings Over
Camarillo is just what our community needs. We have also opened registration for show vendors and encourage them to register now as space is filling up fast. General admission tickets will be on sale very soon. For more information, go to our website, WingsOverCamarillo.com.”
