    California’s War on Citizenship

The United State has rules, regulations and laws.  Under Federal law, a citizen may not assist or support an illegal alien—no housing, no vouchers, only emergency health care.  The State of California is a nation unto itself.  It sets its own rules in re: the environment, justice, tax policy, cars, and roads and does not need to follow the law when voters support gas tax money for roads, then uses the money for money losing, rider losing government transportation system.

In the last session of the Legislature the Politburo passed a law saying that illegal aliens, lawbreakers, are allowed to serve on Commission.  San Fran, Berkeley and other places are looking at allowing illegal aliens to vote for city council, school board and other non-partisan races.  Why become a citizen, pay taxes and obey the law—when these folks break the law each day?

“The law allowing illegal immigrants to serve on boards and commissions will have all kinds of complications in implementation. If exercised, it could run afoul of federal laws and would certainly attract the attention of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The bottom line, though, is that it’s an absurd piece of legislation coming from an absurd state that is squandering the benefits of its naturally advantageous climate.

Combine this with the fact that the powers that be in the state outright encourage people to break our country’s laws, and it demonstrates how far California is drifting from a nation of “we, the people of the United States.”

Newsom, of course, called this blatant disregard for federal law a sign of “respect” to immigrants.”

Sacramento is telling cities that follow this new law to ignore the Federal law.  The only question is when will California announce a request to join the United Nations as a member State?
