Here are some county events to celebrate what many say is the most important non-religious holiday of the year- the USA’s birthday!
Agoura Hills
Sunday, July 5, 2015, Agoura Hills free concert at Chumash Park followed by a fireworks display Concert starts 6pm and fireworks 9pm.
Camarillo
4th of July Fireworks Spectacular is planned once again this year at Camarillo High School. Gates open at 4pm; fireworks at 9pm. Features live music, kids’ activities and food/drinks for sale. $2 admission. Kids 5 and under are free. Shuttle buses are available. Flyer at this link.

Moorpark

Ojai
July 3rd, Ventura British Brass free concert at Libbey Bowl at 6:30 pm. July 4th, pancake breakfast at Chaparral Auditorium, 414 East Ojai Avenue 6-10 am, Youth Freedom Run -8:45 am, 4th of July Parade – 10 am. Channel Islands Harbor (Lower Harbor, Harbor Blvd, Peninsula Rd., best visibility)-18th Annual Fireworks by the Sea SCHEDULE all day long on July 4th at the Channel Islands Harbor, 4th of July parade begins at 10:30am, followed by food, live entertainment, kids’ activities, art market, water taxi rides and more. Westlake Village
The 46th Annual Westlake Village 4th of July Parade starts at 9:45am followed by music, inflatables, games, popsicles, etc. at Berniece Bennett Park until noon. Boy Scout pancake breakfast before the parade!
The City of Westlake Village presents its 2nd Annual Fireworks Spectacular Show from the Westlake Village Golf Course, with additional viewing locations at Calvary Community Church, Westlake Village Inn and Berniece Bennett Park. Activities begin at 6pm at the Westlake Village Golf Course Driving Range and Parking Lot, including family-friendly games and contests and food trucks. The 18 minute show will start at 9:10PM.
Free performance of Cinderella 11:30am at Foxfield Park in Westlake Village.
