The number one crime prevention tool available is knowledge. The Simi Valley Police Department has a number of programs available for educating and encouraging communication among community members. The Police Department works with the Neighborhood Councils to provide two-way communication between both organizations. Take advantage of this opportunity to interact and participate with your local government on the ground level. 

The Neighborhood Councils are currently recruiting Executive Board members.
