We have a teacher shortage? Is that why school districts will not fire teachers that do not work or teach?
“A decrease in the number of teacher candidates earning credentials, as well as the possibility of increased retirements and resignations, will make it difficult for schools to hire all the teachers they need, according to the report — “California Teachers and Covid-19: How the Pandemic is Impacting the Teacher Workforce.”
It will be particularly difficult to find teachers for special education, math, science and bilingual education, subjects that historically have had teacher shortages, the report states.
The shortage of teachers could make it difficult to reopen campuses, which are required to have smaller class sizes to accommodate physical distancing. Additional teachers are also needed to tutor students who fell behind academically during distance learning, according to the report.
Real teachers understand government schools do not teach, they indoctrinate. So why become a teacher if you are not allowed to teach. Is this part of the reason for a lack of teachers? How about forcing professionals to pay bribes in order to teach—how demeaning is that, especially with the School Board as a co-conspirator to the corruption and extortion of unions. Would an honest person want to get into that mess? Of course we have a shortage of teachers—why work for an openly corrupt and failed system?

Let’s say your a Caucasian person and a teacher. Do you really want to teach your elementary school students that Caucasian people are evil? No? Well, many are forced to. That is the reality in American public schools these days. It’s really time folks, to get rid of teacher unions and programs that teach hate in our public schools.
There is no constitutional warrant for
publicgovernment schools.None.
The fact the (elected) school board answers only to the (unelected) district superintendent –who answers only to the (equally unconstitutional) US Department of Education– says everything about this broken, illegitimate system.
Can you say, Ponzi scheme?
They are also forced to answer to the state, which controls them via money.
