NEWBURY PARK—“Abortion is a stain on our Republic,” said Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA in 2012 (when he was 18 years-old) speaking on Sanctity of Life Sunday at Godspeak Calvary Chapel. “We have had 55 million abortions in America since Roe v. Wade. That is an abortion every 90 seconds in our country—3,000 a day. Some 98.6 percent of all abortions are because of selective choosing—the mother does not want to have the baby due to economic circumstances or inconvenience.”
Godspeak congregants were told that that birth rate in New York City is lower than the abortion rate for black women. Blacks comprise approximately 13 percent of the total population in America. If half of that population is women; and if half of that population are women who are child-bearing age we would have a number less than 4 percent of the total nation’s population. However, 40 percent of all abortions are Black babies.
Kirk spoke on pro-choice (anti-life) campaign statements made from two Democrat Presidential candidates:
- Senator Bernie Sanders: Abortion can keep population levels low to help fight climate change.
- Mayor Pete Buttigieg: Birth starts with breath.
Kirk, who recently spoke at Brown University, a private Ivy League research university in Providence, Rhode Island (founded in 1764 as one of the nine colonial colleges chartered before the American Revolution), said the students represented the typical atheistic secular worldview where it is “unacceptable to love God and country.”
“There is no belief in a higher power. Student radicals know that acceptance to a higher power is the gateway they never want to accept. I might not be able to do what I want to do; how I want to do.
“We have consensus on when life ends but when does life begin? There is no consensus among New Age medical doctors as to when life begins.
What are the root causes of abortions today?
“Sexuality immorality, promiscuous (behavior), not teaching the Bible, destruction of the family. Abortion is the last step.
“What is the Church role?
“Advocate for truth and fix it concretely. The Church should be the biggest advertisers of adoptions.”
Kirk said that President Donald J. Trump was the only president that has slashed federal money to Planned Parenthood—instead of receiving 500 million dollars—that amount has been reduced to 300 million.
“Planned Parenthood’s claim to offer healthcare is nonsense. They do abortions. Abortion is not healthcare,” said Kirk. “Abortions result in spiritual, emotional, physical damage to women.”
According to Kirk, money currently going to Planned Parenthood should go to provide funding for Pregnancy Crisis Centers and other Women Healthcare Clinics in America.
Kirk advised pro-life advocates:
–Do not make a woman feel bad if they have had an abortion. “This is not our role. We need to extend the forgiveness of Jesus Christ. Most women who have abortions were not fully informed or were misinformed by those who knew.”
–We should stand for adoption services. “The secular world is not hearing us advocate to adopt children—who are mislabeled as unwanted.”

Abortion is a stain on the US Republic.
So is the mass habit of too many people voting Democrat, thus continuing this anti-Western Civilization, anti-black, racist genocide for a ‘guarantee’ of government care-taking in return.
Want real reform? Clean up the second stain first. $300M in tax dollars to Planned Parenthood (read: Singlehood) is still too much.
To his credit, our President has done about all he can do here.
