Condominium fire in Ventura

On October 21, 2019, 10:14 AM Ventura Fire responded to a reported structure fire, first arriving unit reported smoke showing from multiple floors and attic of two-story 4-unit condominium complex.

Interior attack was initiated in close conjunction with vertical ventilation and exposure protection. Fire was held to condo unit of origin and quickly knocked down, smoke damage only to all three adjoining condo units.

One canine pet escaped from the involved structure unharmed, no injuries reported at the time of this release.
