Dignity Health St. John’s Regional Medical Center Debuts Light Display Message to Honor All Health Care Workers

St. John’s Regional Medical Center (SJRMC), a member of Dignity Health, recently debuted a light display with the message, “We Heart Our Nurses and Staff,” to thank all the health care employees for their ongoing commitment and around-the-clock dedication during this pandemic. In recognition to all the frontline responders, SJRMC is projecting this message at night daily to show appreciation to hospital staff and other health care workers within the community.

“Beginning tonight, St. John’s Regional Medical Center will light up a message for all our heroic healthcare workers on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic,” said Darren Lee, President and CEO of St. John’s Regional Medical Center and St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital. “The light message will serve as a visual reminder that although we may not be able to physically come together, there is nothing stronger than when our spirts come together as one, in support of our health care team.”

This daily act commemorates all doctors, nurses, medical employees and the many individuals that are working on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic to care for our communities.
