News Release
Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa)vs. Mark A. Lunn (Ventura County Recorder) case # 56-2020-00540781-CU-MC-VTA in court today, June 12th 2023.
After several years of working our way through the court system, EIPCa Ventura County “will have their day(s) in court.”
In 2020, Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa) filed legal action against against Ventura County regarding the right of citizens to observe the election process according to California law.
Since 2012, volunteers acting on behalf of EIPCa have exercised their right to observe the processing of vote by mail (VBM) ballot return envelopes and VBM ballots for elections through out the state of California including Ventura county.
EIPCa vs Lunn addresses the rights of citizens in a Constitutional Republic to observe the entire process without interference.
This law suit is the first of it’s kind!
We are thankful for our attorney Mariah Gondeiro with Advocates for Faith and Freedom for arguing our case.
Pray for Mariah and our team who will be testifying on behalf of EIPCa.
