This year’s Bikes, Blues & BBQ Ride will be on Sunday, October 1. It begins at the Camarillo Boys & Girls Club at 1500 Temple Ave. in Camarillo. The ride is open to individuals, families and teams, with courses for all levels: including beginners, Family Fun, 5, 20, 56, and 100 mile events with rest stops and full SAG support. The 100 mile “century ride” starts at 7 AM.
Ride organizer Jay Berger says “This is a good way for folks to kick off the Fall by re-creating and moving with others in the community who want to do something healthy while supporting a grateful cause.” This is the 4th annual ride organized by the Camarillo Rotary Club for the benefit of local charity organizations.
