Hiking for Wellness – Intermediate
This wellness hike comes with motivational messages to encourage participants to look at life from a different perspective, empowering and inspiring positive change. Liane shares personal, relatable experiences before guiding the group on a fun 2-4 mile intermediate hike.
Additional Information:
Meet at Conejo Valley Adult School by the flag pole for the first class. Thereafter, the class will meet at designated trail heads.
