Intro to Spartan Obstacle Course Racing
This lecture class teaches students about the Spartan Racing program which trains the body and mind to overcome obstacles on the course and in your everyday lives. Learn about the types of races, locations, and how to train. The instructor will go over gear needed to race safely and successfully.
