TRICK OR TREAT 2022

Dress up the kids and navigate through the Ventura Harbor Village from 11 AM – 1 PM Sunday, October 30. This free community event features over a dozen treat stops at participating Harbor shops and restaurants! It will be two hours packed full of sweets, face painting, fortune telling, and family fun!

ENTERTAINMENT

There will be a spooky DJ spinning Halloween music, a seaside skeleton hunt, a professional pumpkin carver, a Dia de los Muertos coloring station, a free pumpkin craft for kids with Lakeshore Learning, and plenty of festive and scenic harbor photo ops – all from 11am to 1pm on Sunday, October 30.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your own bag (we’ll have a limited amount of extras in case you forget.) Admission and parking are complimentary. Costumes encouraged for everyone, not just kids – adults too! Last minute accessories available at Hats Unlimited or Lost in Socks.

DON’T BE LATE

Complimentary components (candy, bags, and crafts) will only be offered while supplies last, so get here on time! There is a chance some places may run out of candy (if this is the case, don’t forget you can find quality treats at Coastal Cone, Sugar Lab Bake Shop, and Top This Chocolate). Consider sticking around for lunch afterward – the harbor has everything from fast casual eateries to sit-down waterfront experiences.

A HUGE thank you goes our to our community partner, Underwood Family Farms. They have generously donated mini pumpkins for kids crafts, plus various pumpkins & fall décor for a festive seaside experience in Ventura Harbor Village! Checkout Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark, California year-round for fresh family grown produce, but make it over this October for full lineup of fun at their Fall Harvest Festival.

Shout out to Joseph P. Reardon Funeral Home for access to a festive Halloween hearse. Keep an eye out for the special Dia de los Muertos set up with the hearse in the courtyard from 11am to 1pm Sunday, Oct 30!
