Linocut Printmaking Workshop: Make Your Own Stationery (Ages 16+)

Cost: $85.00 per person
Learn the traditional printmaking technique of linocuts, or linoleum block printing, in this special, one-day workshop inside SPAM’s Cole Creativity Center. Teaching artist Matilda Dracula will show you how to create and carve your own design on linoleum blocks, then how to print your linocut on stationery. You’ll take home your own unique stationery and linocut to use again and again! This four-hour workshop will be taught Saturday, January 28, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This class is appropriate for everyone ages 16 and over. The cost of this class is $85.00 per person. An artist, teacher, writer, and guinea-pig enthusiast based out of Oxnard, California, Matilda Dracula makes linocut prints inspired by poetry, prose, tarot cards, and little animals.
