NOTICE OF CONTINUANCE OF OPEN PUBLIC HEARING
A duly noticed public hearing regarding:
Consider a Resolution Recommending to the City Council Approval to Amend the Terms of a Development Agreement Related to a Previously-Approved Residential Project Consisting of a 200-Unit Apartment Complex and Associated Site Improvements on Approximately 11.66 Acres Located at 150 Casey Road, on the Application of Chris Dart, for Danco Communities (on Behalf of Essex Moorpark Owner L.P.).
was held at a regular meeting on June 22, 2021, at which time the Planning Commission continued the open public hearing to a Regular Planning Commission meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 27, 2021,in the Community Center located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
