Our week-long event, a self-guided exploration in the mountains, will be launched at this event: The Santa Monica Mountains Nature Treasure Adventure. At the event, and beyond, participants will learn and explore SAMO Fund projects, including the conservation of our native species, such as mountain lions, bobcats, and red-legged frogs; anti-rodenticide educational campaigns; the importance of monarchs & milkweed; the benefits of habitat restoration; and the vital role native plants in the Wildlife Crossing.
