    Event Announcement

McCoy10I will make job creation and business growth a top priority by cutting red tape and expediting the government permit and approval process in a responsible and collaborative way.
         — Rob McCoy – Candidate, T.O. City Council

Rob McCoy received a whopping 48% of the vote for Assembly District 44, running against well-known and better-funded City Council member Jacqui Irwin.

Because of that race, he has far better name recognition than any of the other candidates in this race. Additionally, he WON more votes than Irwin in the City of Thousand Oaks, a smaller district than AD 44.

But that doesn’t mean we can sit back and count on an easy win — not at all!

Jacqui Irwin has endorsed Planning Commissioner Dan Roundtree in this race, so her financial supporters will fund him and her ground troops will be out in full force working for him.

Many worked hard in his campaign for Assembly. We need those same people and many, many more to help him win this important race.

Read about his positions and his competitors in this Mar. 12 article in the T.O. Acorn.
