Keynote Speakers are Marsha Bailey, Founder of Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) and Dorjee Tsewang of the Tibetan Aid Foundation. Marsha will speak on her partnership with Rotary in distributing grants to small local businesses. Dorjee will share how he fled Tibet and returned later on Rotary projects to make life better for those still there.
Breakout sessions include:
– Microcredit Loans with Devon Johnson of Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV).
– Clean Water Projects with Rod Thompson and Tim Cleath of Lifewater International.
– Medical Programs in Niger with Dr. Bob Skankey with the Nomad Foundation.
